What is PikScan Expenses?
PikScan Expenses is a mobile application for creating expense reports without cloud dependency. It scans receipts with on-device OCR, organizes business trips (missions), tracks mileage and budgets, runs an expense-note approval workflow, and exports to CSV, Excel or major accounting tools - all stored locally on the phone. No account is required and no receipt data is sent to PikScan servers.

Privacy model
Receipts, trip data, mileage and backups stay in a local SQLite database on the phone. You can export a portable backup (local Files or your own iCloud Drive) and restore it in the app at any time. Offline is a privacy design, not a missing backup. OCR runs on device. PikScan collects zero analytics or expense data. See the privacy policy.
